The PEOPLE'S Tribunal !

Right, I'm going to get this one out of the way, straight away ! Please don't be alarmed, I'm sure what John Cooper QC has in mind is nothing like this !

 The above is a photo from the trials that followed the plot to kill Hitler in 1944. These were presided over by the infamous Judge Roland Freisler whose sole reason for being born must have been the show trials wherein he belittled and humiliated men and women of honour and conviction !

As I said, I'm sure that Cooper's People's Tribunal will be nothing like the above. I'm sure no-one will be humiliated and voices will not be raised. BUT, will those who are summoned to appear before this 'tribunal', be granted the right to a defense ? It's not clear from the web site information ! Worse still, the Police will only be involved if necessary AFTERWARDS 

This People's Tribunal has failed before it has started. It proclaims itself independent but it is not !

At the bottom of that page a reference is made to a film maker. I have no idea if these hearings are to be televised, but I think we should be told !

I'm sure John Cooper QC is an honourable man unlike Hitler's judge and President of 'the People's Court' in Nazi Germany. But questions have been raised as to his role which is described as 'chief prosecutor'

 
No-one rejoices in any man's death in normal circumstances, but some men we are better rid of. Call it karma if you will !

Last night ITV broadcast a very good dramatised account of the media's disgusting treatment of an innocent man whose only link to a murder was the fact he was the victim's landlord. That and the fact he is an eccentric, a personality trait that is now illegal in the UK, made him an easy target for the press and cops alike. 

When will we ever learn ?

Another Brick in the Wall !

 I do and I remember how we all laughed out loud at this ridiculous story. There was, NO LINK to Savile at the time and there still isn't. But, this wall appears to have re-appeared in the case against Jimmy's acquaintance, Ray Teret !

We know it's the same wall (bear with me on this one guys) by comparing the two stories. The wall or should I say it, the names allegedly scrawled on it, was discovered in July 2013 and reported on Sunday 28th July 2013. 
The Mail's reportage at the time was more restrained than the Mirror's whose hacks turned it into a gory story about Savile despite the cops statements at the time 

But, one thing BOTH versions of the story had in common was a link to this guy !

I decided to don my best burrowing apparel again and burrow a bit further. Here's what MWT was tweeting on or around Sunday 28th July 2013. 

Nowhere in the MSM was Ray Teret's name mentioned at the time. But the ickies thought they were onto something 

'Lots going on in GMP' What does he mean by this ? As for that reference to the 'Savile expose' is this what he meant ? Had Teret's accuser's led GMP to this wall or ... ?

The above article was published the day Teret was found GUILTY. By October 2013 the charges against him had increased significantly from the three he was originally charged with ! 8th Nov 2012

At least 3 complainants refer to a RECORD shop in their testimony's. I only have the first 3 days of Live reportage, but I wanted to check if any of these might link to the Savile claim. They don't !

Later on the same day of the trial (Day2) we hear part of Teret's Police statement 

Day 3 pm we hear from the Savile accuser who claims to have met Teret not at a record shop but a club

 
And, the flat at which she claims to have been taken to where she was allegedly raped by BOTH men was part of a house

Just to repeat, I have NOT seen all the witness testimony from the trial and I'm not sure how the press know either. BUT the Manchester Evening News says that the names of two complainants are on that 'secret wall' uncovered last year ! But, this is the closest we get to it !

Aiding and abetting

Ray Teret's criminal trial opened on Tuesday 7th Oct 2014.

 Two days later the court heard evidence linking Savile to the alleged offenses !

Now, let's back-track here a moment because, when Teret was first arrested it was for the following reasons 'not connected to .. Savile'

 Or does it ? Because reading on, it appears that COUNT 1 involves 'rape' whilst COUNT 4 appears to involve CONSPIRACY or, aiding and abetting if you will

OK, let's have a look at the charges according to the CPS in October 2013 

Those charges changed somewhat between Oct 2013 and October 5th 2014.

 
For ONE DAY ONLY (Nov 5th) the BBC North of England Correspondent covered the trial, the day Teret gave evidence on charge allegedly involving Savile then it was, off back to the Hillsborough inquiry for Judith Moritz

 Yesterday Ray Teret was found guilty of 7 rapes and 11 indecent assaults. He was found NOT guilty of 'aiding and abetting ..' Moritz reports !

Not being a lawyer I looked 'aiding and abetting' up !

 I'm still none the wiser but I assume that RT was found guilty of rape but, NOT GUILTY of CONSPIRACY to rape NOT 'aiding and abetting' Jimmy Savile, to 'rape' !
And this, says Liz Dux, is the 'closest we'll ever get to having Jimmy Savile on trial' !

 Apologies in advance for any inaccuracies in any of the above. I was quite shocked at the verdict yesterday. More so on hearing that Ms Dux represents one claimant against Mr Teret. The world's media are again. all over the story now that he has been found guilty. I doubt we'd even know the verdict today had he been acquitted.
How's about that for 'aiding and abetting' ?
