We knew it was coming, but I for one had hoped to be able to avoid news items about this awful play.

 But no, I awoke to a tweet from a follower informing me that Karin Ward attended the opening night, and had been interviewed afterwards.

Indeed, Karin was the first 'victim' to comment on the play's first night. And naturally, she was onside, making the right noises in Sky News' direction.

 She also spoke to the Independent which produced a far more interesting article. Because here is where we are TOLD of a scene that explained how Jimmy; 'got away with it'.

I doubt very much that Maitland's 'verbatim police interview' included the words that his predecessors, including official reports, left out. The words that show Jimmy's real attitude during that Police interview in 2009

Karin was the first to speak about the play and where Karin leads other 'victims' follow, including Dee Coles who, I assume has made a compensation claim, given what she has to say about the show.

Mmm, 'destroyed her life' ? That must mean she had a psychiatric report as part of her claim ! Forgive me for noticing, but she doesn't exactly look as though she's in the presence of a 'monster' in the photo the mirror includes 

That bag Jimmy is carrying ? Is he on his way out or in for the day ? It must be one or the other, because they are in front of his van. I'd say it's in because of the rolled up newspaper. Shame we can't see the date on that paper or even if it's a JERSEY copy ! Here's how Coles describes their meeting 

 'Flashed' at her ? What ? In a hotel car park does she really mean 'flashed' ? I don't believe a word of it !  I say SHE approached him, but she has a loud voice and I don't but I'll say it anyway.

There would be no party without punch. Enter Liz Dux who was consulted for her opinion of the staging of this show, after serious objections on behalf of 'victim/s'were made, including an online petition.

A more recent article in the spectator reveals that the 'victim' objecting to the show was NOT one of Dux' who now has 168 'victims'

 The media will brook no challenge to the Savile stitch up. Even alleged 'victims' and their supporters are far game as far as the author is concerned.

This 'play' drew a lot of attention long before it hit a small theater in London. It was well advertised by mainstream media including the Slater Gordon show as I call it, ITV this morning. Maitland et al express all sorts of reasons for WHY he wrote this nonsense. You can find them all on the internet. I believe he's a chancer, an opportunist who, like Thomas and Jones, just wanted to make a big name for himself, as a 'PLAYWRIGHT'

 Maitland says he spoke to several Savile accuser's before he wrote his 'play' and was keen to point out that he would not be 'profiting' from the show. Apparently one does NOT 'make money in the theater'

Maybe he won't make a huge amount of money from his show. Just like Karin Ward may NOT have made a huge amount of money from her Savile tales. But, he got what he wanted, a chance to finally call himself a 'playwright'. If it's a success, and Lord knows HOW it cannot be given the hype, he will be invited to write more of the same, without having to hive some of it off to charity !
We haven't heard the LAST of Dee Coles yet either. For it appears, she is one of the stars of a BBC documentary 'Abused the untold story .. ' Hopefully, the nation will come to it's senses before next year, maybe I'll write a play. Maybe I'll just wait for someone who can write, a GOOD 'playwright' who will write something based on FACTS, the truth, not other peoples' compensation claims and tabloid lies !

 The 'play' may not get to the West End. It may vanish into the oblivion it belongs. But the real story behind it will run and run for many years to come. The story of how a great man's name was destroyed for money. Because, no matter WHAT any of these jackals say, it IS about the money. Money, fame and power.

Liz Dux of Slater Gordon Solicitors was very cagey about HOW MANY Savile claimants she had back in October 2012. She made her big media debut on the 12th October. It was hard to escape her face on that particular day. She was everywhere 

But, she was keeping her claimants close to her chest, and who can blame her, after all, their numbers were increasing by the minute, thanks to the MSM and Scotland Yard !

Now, would you be surprised to learn that solicitors had signed up their claimants even BEFORE the expose aired on October 3rd 2012 ? Certainly, by October 1st 2012

No mention of Jimmy's estate in there, Ms Dux' company had their sights on the big one, the main prize/s ; the BBC, the NHS etc.
The Police had not yet opened their mouths, and already, the lawyers had their customers all lined up ! Now, we know that the press had been pimping the story since the beginning of the year, but my question is : WHEN did the lawyers meet these claimants, and HOW ?
Moor Larkin brought my attention to the fact that a press agency had Karin Ward's story, and trawling for more, as early as October 15th 2012.

Now, the press itself was advertising the forthcoming media expose, as early as 20th September 2012. But, it's clear that the amount of people, who'd be aware of the potential for submitting civil claims, would have been limited !

 

The fact that Dux already had an 'undisclosed number of women', or ANY at all by 1st October, might lead a reasonable person to conclude that among her clients might be those presented on Exposure, in other words, the Duncroft women.

Of course, there was no need to worry about Jimmy's estate, as it had already (thankfully for the lawyer's) been frozen as the result of a paternity claim.

A few days later Dux' firm had 'more than 20 alleged victims'

But there would be no court until the Police concluded their non-investigation of the claims

But, why wait for the Police to finish something they weren't doing ? At the very least, Dux is misrepresenting the facts, is she not ? But then it's in her interests to do this isn't it ? Savile is dead, there's been no trial, no conviction, no arrest even. So what would be the next best thing to validate her customer's claims, if not a senior Police officer from Scotland Yard whose  estimations of numbers of 'victims', increases by the day, that's what !

So, there you go guys and gals, the hacks had their unsubstantiated stories. The lawyer's had women ready to make money. All they needed now was publicity. They need not worry that any fraudulent claims might incur consequences, Alan Collins, leading the Savile claims at Pannone Solicitors put their minds at rest on that front !

So, from her 'undisclosed' number of claimants came hundreds. One well known journalist commented on the overwhelming media coverage, the story attracted !

And then, there was 'plenty more' involving the big targets, with a few famous men and a politician thrown in for good measure. Liz was right, the 'floodgates' did indeed, open. And the fact that they are still open is a national disgrace, is it not ?

 I guess, the 'closest thing we'll have to a .. trial' of the Savile liars, may well be the case of Freddie Starr V Karin Ward. And that's not far off guys and gals, not far off at all !

 

To sue or not to sue !

These are not my words, I pinched them off Liz Dux. For newcomer's to my blog let me explain who Liz Dux is. She is a partner in one of the biggest Personal Injury Law firms in the world, Slater Gordon (SG)  who took over her her old firm, Russel, Jones and Walker (RJW)
I'll get to the point, Liz Dux represents at least 160 Savile compensation claimants. BEFORE writ/s were served against the estate, Dux had this to say about the process, in October 2012.

The 'assessment' led to a report published in January 2013 confirming that Savile had 214 'crimes' attributed to him. The Law firms had their green light, the cops had indeed uncovered 'more victims', the writs were  served

Spindler's '30 victims' had not even been ASSESSED in October 2012. Could these be amongst Collins' 31 claimants ?

 In less than 3 months those 8 'recorded' 'allegations' became 214. The compensation lawyers had their mandate, the game was on !
Now, guys and gals, you may or may not be surprised to learn that Slater Gordon, who now own all the other PI firms involved in the Savile case, act for the Police Federation, a sort of, trade union if you like, but NOT !

Now, let me make this clear, there is absolutely nothing wrong with Police officer's having legal assistance when they need it. BUT, I do question the appropriateness of their solicitors having such a huge roll in a case like this. 
Somehow, West Yorkshire Police and officers from Operation Yewtree, between them have managed to LOSE the one SOURCE of evidence that could have helped the estate's defence. Jimmy's diaries P38 Operation Newgreen

How on earth can this happen ? And when, if ever, will we hear about the progress of this investigation.

 The Police are investigating 'suspected fraudulent claims' ? Would this be the same Police force who just so happened to lose Jimmy's diaries ? 

 The same Police force whose officers are probably represented by the Police federation who are in turn, represented by Ms Dux' firm ?

£22,000 for the victim's son, £125,000 for a Police officer paid to investigate the case ! I wonder how much Liz' firm got, although really, I couldn't care less.

You see, the least any of these Police Federation members (if they are) could do, is FIND Jimmy Savile's diary's. Because, if they do not and large sums of money are paid to it's 'association's lawyers as a result of their incompetence, then SOMEONE, somewhere at some time, will want answers. Someone not interested in fake victims of crimes but real ones, like the family of the late Jimmy Savile for instance !
