Earlier today I told you about one, perhaps two of Ms Dux's claimants. Today I shall tell you about a third, a woman who tells a story that is simply bizarre. Here it is Exhibit 25 !

Yes, this woman's story appears credible not only to Ms Dux but to Kate Lampard's Team at Leeds General Infirmary. 'Jane' becomes 'WW' and her story is more detailed 

You will note Ladies and gentlemen that in the York Press story, the woman is 57 and dates the incident to 1973. The NHS report details her as 'under 18' with the alleged event taking place in the early 70's. 
Is Sir Jimmy's alleged accomplish still alive ? I'll take a wild guess and say No ! BUT, it appears she told several people, so we can expect to see several affidavits attached to any civil claim pending ! Along with nhs patient records detailing her stay in the LGI

Sixty six working days Ladies and gentlemen of the Jury. Sixty six working days between the night Exposure was aired and the publication of the report called GIVING VICTIMS A VOICE on 11th January 2013. 

It was just 57 working days until Friday 21st December. You probably know where I'm going here and the point I'm hoping to make. It took the Met Police less than 60 days to produce their collection of allegations made against Sir Jimmy Savile. I have no idea when the NSPCC stopped fielding calls and referring callers to them, but, they will know I'm sure.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I have no desire to go through the whole of the report but I should like to draw your attention to a number of interesting details contained therein. I am specifically interested in the year 1986 because that is the year that Ms Dux and Slater Gordon Solicitors would have you believe, an EIGHT YEAR OLD girl was sexually abused by Sir Jimmy in STOKE MANDEVILLE hospital.

Now, bear with me, I know I've mentioned this already on Day Six but since then I have uncovered something very DISTURBING and that is the fact that SLATER AND GORDON might actually represent 'Celia' the woman who says she was RAPED by Savile in 1977 when she was 12 ! How do I know that ? Well, Ms Dux herself admitted this herself TWO DAYS before the NHS reports were published 26th June 2014 

Ms Dux is, by this time representing 24 claims specifically against the NHS and I for one find it VERY HARD to believe that she could have TWO complainants with two very similar stories one said to have taken place in 1977 the other in 1986 ! Here's that reference to that EIGHT year old again !

A YEAR later !

 Ms Dux appears on the same show as 'Celia' who describes being a patient in Stoke Mandeville Hospital in 1977, age twelve being raped by a porter who just happened to be Jimmy Savile !
Here is what 'Celia' says around 21mins into the video. She's just explained that she told a nurse what had happened in the tv room but the nurse to told her not to say anything : 'Don't say anything, she'll get in trouble'. READ Ms Dux's words again as featured in the York Post 24th June 2014
 One of the people Ms Dux is representing was a young girl when Savile raped her. She reported the assault to a nurse who allegedly told her: “I mustn’t say anything or I will get into trouble”.

If Ms Dux is right and she clearly believes that she is, somewhere, someone will or should, be in a position to corroborate 'Celia's story. If not, there may even be documentary evidence that this woman, was in this hospital, WHEN she says she was !

Where are the records of complaints against Sir Jimmy anywhere let alone the various hospitals he was associated with ?
Because people do lie do they not Ladies and gentlemen. Take this woman for instance !

Three weeks after the police 'assessment' of the Savile claims started, Cddr Spindler told us that, SEVEN complaints had been made against Sir Jimmy before his death.

FOUR of these from Duncroft, TWO hearsay because the FILES he refers to, do NOT appear to exist and one emanating from Jersey.
Jersey ? Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, such claims were ever made about Sir Jimmy in Jersey. How do I know this ? Well, the man who ran the Haute de la Garenne investigation confirmed this

But, this is October 2012  so Harper added a caveat to his previous findings. The Metropolitan Police and the media say Jimmy is a criminal, so EVERYTHING that we know about the man up to and including this time is wrong, leading him to concede !

And then, as if to add insult to retrospective injury, comes this

Now, Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury let me take you, if I may back to another, albeit smaller, criminal investigation, this time in 2003, this time involving Sir Jimmy's second home and eventual resting place, Scarborough !
Again I shall be requesting that you bear with me because, not having  EQUALITY of ARMS in terms of access to information, I have found it difficult to establish what the media (and others) were on about when they produced this sensational headline from the Daily Express 28th October 2012

 
 Yes Ladies and Gentlemen, as I searched for any stories relating to Savile in 2003 I came across this nonsense. Now, we must bear in mind that investigations into North Yorkshire Police relating to what they knew or didn't know about this alleged abuse back then continue as we speak, but my submission rests solely on the media's ongoing attempts to LINK JIMMY SAVILE to any report of abuse, no matter how old, no matter how sensational.
Now, here is what witnesses say in October 2012 !

A 'suspect' ? Is that so ? Not according to North Yorkshire Police 

Eighteen months later, the NYP release a press statement indicating that they have referred themselves to the IPCC, but I am not interested in this aspect of the case against Sir Jimmy. This issue has been seized on by various groupings who, like the BBC baiters have their own agenda's at heart. I will merely submit the FACTS that I have uncovered about the 2003 investigation !
Exhibit 21 and 22 from 8th March 3003 and 4th February 2004 respectively !

Now, lets go back to that Daily Express article dated 28th October 2012 hot on the heals of the reportage from local press the previous week. The two men above were named therein. It continued !

'Gossip' Ladies and gentlemen, there's another word we come across repeatedly in relation to the Savile allegations. But, my question to the local paper and indeed North Yorkshire Police would be, 'have these two anonymous women made any further contact since October 23rd 2012 ?
As for the allegations themselves, I ask you Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury. WHY, would NYP not have taken claims made against Sir Jimmy seriously in 2003 when other claims made 4 years later led to a TWO year investigation by Surrey Police, the result being 'insufficient evidence to proceed' ?
And whilst we are in North Yorkshire, just how many accusations have since been made ? 

The writer of this conspiracy piece from October 31st 2012 got his response in June 2014. Sir Jimmy was investigated by York  Teaching Hospital Trust in regard to this complaint by an ex nurse ! 

 Laughable is it not Ladies and Gentlemen !

 Perhaps Sir Jimmy should have asked her if she wanted coffee instead of tea !

On the 19th October 2012 the Police have 400 'lines of inquiry' to follow and on 5th November, Liz Dux has 36 'victims' out of the 43 lawsuits filed and on 19th November 2012 the BBC sends this letter to their staff past and present !

They are are they not Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, admitting that they BELIEVE that the man they once employed was a 'criminal' ! They even supply a FREE Phone number to any potential claimant against THEMSELVES !
The BBC had already sanctioned TWO investigations into themselves (Pollard and The yet to be published, Dame Janet Smith Review) but, Ladies and Gentlemen, the BBC is NOT an individual, it has no face or family and, more pertinently, it has access to resources that Jimmy Savile's family and friends DO NOT.
The Police issued their own FREE PHONE number for 'potential victims' to call, not them, but the NSPCC.

Their language is confusing, vacillating between alleged victims and, 'victims'. But the message is clear : WE BELIEVE YOU !

 Now, Ladies and Gentlemen I want you to examine those words used by Commander Spindler in light of a reference made to some REAL criminals in that Telegraph Review dated 4th October 2012

Hindsight is a great thing Ladies and Gentlemen. In December 2013, I wrote this blog post about the Rochdale scandal. I did not know at that time that another northern town would be the subject of the same INSTITUTIONAL FAILURE less than a year later !

Some days ago I asked a rhetorical question : What went on in those months in between the press first getting wind of the Savile newsnight story and the eventual airing of the expose on ITV ? How was it that the Police were so ready AND WILLING, to accept and act on uncorroborated allegations made on a television program ?
Speculation, Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, I am speculating. Time for some FACTS !
Yesterday I confirmed the FACT that until MWT appeared on the scene, no official complaints had been made against Sir Jimmy to the senior management in Stoke Mandeville Hospital. 
No complaints had been made to management of Broadmoor either.  
So, what complaints had been made about Sir Jimmy whilst he was alive ? Seven according to Commander Spindler in October 2012 and here they are :

 Now, Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, bear in mind, these words were spoken THREE weeks after his 'assessment' had begun, yet this is the best he can do in terms of this potentially IMPORTANT information !

  'believed' 'possibly' ? Not good enough Commander, not good enough ! However, this article exhibit 19 throws up some very useful information despite the apparent uselessness of the head of the investigation.Consider this allegation !

You see, ladies and Gentlemen TWO months later on January 11th 2013 the Metropolitan Police published their assessment report calling it Giving Victims a voice and there amidst the alleged rapes and sexual assaults we find this !

 Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, today i shall be examining the events of November 2012.  A change of witness availability means that I am not able to pursue the line I began yesterday involving Ms Nolan and others but, I will come back to that issue, later in the week !
Let's recap a little shall we ? By the end of October 2012, Sir Jimmy Savile's two charities had been forced to close, 43 lawsuits had been filed against his estate (November 4th) and the BBC/NHS and two documentaries had been seen by millions on national television.

I should like you now to look at exhibit 17, a press review of the program again in the Telegraph newspaper again by Neil Midgley dated 22nd November 2012 

  Mr Midgley noticed a distinctive difference between the 'update' and the original !

It would indeed appear that the focus of the program makers had moved away from Sir Jimmy. The piece ended with a piece of information oft repeated since the scandal began !

They are the same two words that MWT opens his second documentary with, and they are, without doubt, the two MOST SHOCKING words used to date to describe the late Sir Jimmy Savile !

Here are the first words uttered by ex Police Constable Mark Williams-Thomas in the Exposure update I want you to hear them Ladies and Gentlemen, exactly the way he said them that night and I want you to imagine, if you will just how YOU WOULD HAVE FELT had that been someone you knew and loved being described in such a cruel and heartless way !

As described in the review above, the program went on to focus on the various hospitals Jimmy was acquainted with including Broadmoor and Stoke Mandeville. But, let me refer you all back to those other words contained in Midgley's review, why ? because Ladies and gentlemen, these words form what is, a statement of FACT repeated over and over in official investigations undertaken since October 2012 in that NO RECORDS of any official complaints were made AGAINST Jimmy Savile to the people he worked with or for !

'Mark Williams-Thomas, the former police officer presenting the Exposure investigation, did not establish any evidence to indicate that those reports had been passed to the senior management.'
