On the 22nd October 2012 the BBC broadcast this episode of Panorama

Here's details of some of it's participants
Add, Roger Ordish (someone who knew Jimmy) and Rochelle Shepherd (someone who had never even met him) and you still haven't got the full list

In this blog post I will demonstrate the program makers, deliberately misled the British public in this BBC follow up to ITV's Exposure. Well, that's how I describe people who twist facts to suit their purpose. Here we go !
The first 'witness' to speak is Rochelle Shepherd. We're not told what relationship she had to anyone at Duncroft school, least of all Savile. But us bloggers quickly established that she was not even there at the same time as Jimmy visited.
Her use to the program makers ? She's willing to speak on camera, that's what. And she speaks so eloquently, she sounds credible doesn't she ? Here's the sentence that give her MO away
"It's a bloody tragedy, but these girls are left with this legacy and who's gonna pay for that ?"
Ms Jofre answers Shepherd's rhetorical question immediately. We are going to pay that is, via the NHS, the BBC etc etc.
But, I'm not gonna dwell on this nasty woman or Karin Ward who lies on camera when she says :
"I was 14 of course I wanted to go to Television Centre"
No, I'm going to scroll along to 20 minutes into the show, when suddenly we are shown footage from an episode of Clunk Click second series in 1974. Jofre states as a matter of fact, that :
"The BBC bought into Savile's sexually suggestive style in a big way" After showing these two clips, look closely guys and gals !
Jofre's crew then cut to a group of young women in the studio, on the infamous bean-bags. For some reason, all but one of their faces has been pixallated, the inference being that they were, or may have been, abused or attacked. After all, Savile is clearly man-handling that young lass above is he not ?
The footage continues with Jimmy introducing the girls, who they are, where they are from, and, MOST importantly what THEY DID TO HIM, the last time he met them (presumably at the recording). But, WE the audience are NOT allowed to here what Jimmy says, Jofre speaks all over him as he picks up that girl's skirt in a playful, innocent manner. Here's a close-up of her face by the way
Oh yes, guys and gals, I got lucky when I happened to acquire a copy of that very same episode of Clunk Click. It was show number three in the series, Olivia Newton John was on it, look !
Now then, guys let me go slightly off topic for a moment and explain my MAIN reason for including the clapperboard above. You see each show had a number. The 1243 never changes, but the 19 number does. But I'll come back to this in a later post, because boy oh, do I have something interesting to show you.
Whilst Jofre was yapping on about sex, Jimmy was actually saying this !
"See these young ladies here, very very wicked young ladies . What did you all try to do to me last time I was with you ? .. I must confess the last time I was with these ladies, they are from the RSPCA hostel in London airport .. they, dear friends jumped on me and tried to take my trousers off ... get this Dr Camera .. (as he lifts her skirt slightly.
Hostel ? At London airport ? Is Jimmy lying ? Were these girls from another hostel by any chance, in a school in Surrey ?
Well no, as it happens, there actually was an RSPCA hostel in Heathrow airport in the 70's and here it is !
But what's even better is that it was featured in another program made in 1972 called 'Roundabout' clips of which still exist on the British Universities Film and Video Council's website. Look here guys and gals, look closely at the faces of the girls featured. Goodness, gracious me !
http://bufvc.ac.uk/newsonscreen/search/index.php/story/328111
So, how's about that then guys and gals ? I've learned something else I didn't know before. That there was a hostel for animals in Heathrow airport
Wonder if Ms Jofre or anyone else at the BBC 'knew' that ?
Clunk Click every trip !! More trips to come guys and gals. I have more to tell !
Afterthought !
The footage in the hostel was clearly filmed and included in an earlier episode of Clunk Click maybe even in 1973 in the previous series. Panorama's presents the girls on the bean-bags as almost random guests on his show. Now why would they do this ?
I'm just back from a short trip to Scarborough which I thoroughly enjoyed, for various reasons. One being able to see Jimmy's grave again and leave him some belated birthday wishes.
Another, just to be in Scarborough again especially on bonfire night because they have bonfires on the beach. I can well understand why Jimmy bought the flat he did, what a position, what a view, he really loved his mam didn't he ?
I like to keep an eye on what's happening around 'Savile's view', which is what it was officially called for a few weeks in September 2012.
The view from Jimmy's flat directly across the road from this, is now someone else', some patron of the NSPCC no less. I'm not interested in him, but I am interested in the spectre on Jimmy's balcony. Laugh out loud, imagine emerging from the path below in the dark, and seeing this ?
Here's how the inside looked in 1965
Jim is not best pleased in the next photo, if you look at the sender of the letter, you'll know why
Now, here's how it was in 1976
He'd hung his mothers picture on the wall just above where she sat in those press photos from 1965. Here's the room from another angle.
And here's more or less, the same view when Louis met Jimmy in 1999.
But, let's have another look at the 1965 collection because I remember some discussion as to whether Jimmy may have worn a track suit in the 60's. Looks like he did
I wondered if the dates on the photos were correct. I imagined they might have had something to do with one of the documentaries made about Jimmy. And I found this
That's 'The world of Jimmy Savile' filmed over 6 weeks in February and March 1965 by the BBC. I'm pretty sure that footage of Jimmy riding his bike around Scarborough is included but I could be wrong ?
The same day I left my flowers on Jimmy's grave, I picked up a copy of the Scarborough Evening News, and there on the front page was the following :
'Presenter revisits Savile TV interview'
TV presenter Louis Theroux is producing a follow up to his Jimmy Savile documentary filmed at his Scarborough flat fifteen years ago'
Inside, Savile is referred to as 'Louis' boyhood hero'
http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2015-11-03/louis-theroux-to-make-new-jimmy-savile-documentary-examining-how-he-was-hoodwinked-by-the-sex-offender
After getting home last night I stumbled across an article published in the Yorkshire Evening Press on 5th November 2001. Now then ..
A double act indeed, Jimmy gets the gags, Theroux sometimes doesn't. Get it, that is, because he obviously didn't get Jimmy Savile. As I read this article I found myself smiling at the memory of the two of them, on that sofa in Leeds filming the extra scenes to be added on the video/DVD release. If you've seen the dvd you will know what I mean.
Meanwhile, Jimmy
Louis
And, he who pays the piper will always call the tune ! Mr Theroux' next film will be paid for by a BBC that forgot how much it owed to the likes of Jimmy Savile when it sold out to blackmailers in October 2012. So, I'm not holding out much hope for Theroux' next Savile effort.
Jimmy, didn't need the pay cheque, he was lucky in a way that you either GET, or you don't. It's as simple as that really !

And now I shall go to bed - it's after midnight so it's my birthday now. Happy Birthday to me !!
Goodness Gracious Guys and gals. Could the following allegation be one associated with the Jimmy Savile Yorkshire Speakeasy broadcast on 10th February 1978 ? You decide
The final two paragraphs
And attempts made to actually speak to the complainant by phone letter even facebook, but she did NOT respond
http://henshaws.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Henshaws-Operation-Yewtree-Investigation-Report-2014-pdf.pdf
Of course, this may NOT be anything to do with the Jimmy Savile Yorkshire Speakeasy show referred to in Lesley Gardiner's email to the BBC who knows ? I don't but I'm getting closer guys. Does this episode of this show even exist ? WHY hasn't the BBC been able to find it ?
Haven't finished my Savile's Yorkshire travels yet, not by a long chalk !
Ever heard of a site called 'Find a grave' ? It's somewhere folk can go and leave special messages for those who have passed on. They can even light a virtual candle, or leave a virtual flower. But not for Jimmy Savile because the comments and tribute facility has been disabled
'Continuously misused' ? No doubt by the same kind of sick mentality that called for his remains to be removed etc etc. But let's not waste our energy on the bad, let's celebrate the good. Let's TURN ON our own 'virtual' sincere messages for Sir Jimmy. I'll turn off my mods today so feel free to leave a message if you want. October 2013
September 2014
Happy 89th Birthday Jim
Guys and gals have I got some more news for you on the, Sue Thompson yarn. I've been burrowing deep and have indeed manage to establish that the program, Jimmy Savile's Yorkshire Speakeasy was NOT a repeat, but a 'New Series' broadcast on a Friday night, but you could only see ALL the episodes if you lived in the right Region.
Radio Times North 21-27th Jan 1978
Radio Times East 28th Jan-3rd Feb 1978
Radio Times North West 4-10th February 1978
Radio Times North 4th-10th Feb 1978
Radio Times North 11th Feb-17th Feb 1978
Also broadcast that week was a program called 'Network'
This was Saturday 11th Feb 1978 and I include it because it was a platform by which viewers throughout the regions got a glimpse of what other folks were watching. Here's one from later in the year featuring Savile's Yorkshire Speakeasy.
I'm leaning towards this being a repeat of one of the FOUR made earlier in the year. I say four because, while I have not had access to the week 18th February-25th, I do have the following week's North edition and JSYS is not on.
This kind of fits with the postgraduate thesis stipulating that each of these series, only contained FOUR episodes per year
I cannot say for certain that the student has all her facts right. I'm not so sure this program was made in 1971 for instance, or even 1976. In 1971 the Speakeasy Savile made was a radio program, but I'll not get too bogged down in that for now. The point is, the program involving Thompson's story (Friday 10th Feb) was broadcast. What I do not know is WHAT the topic of the conversation was or when it was recorded. This is a work in progress guys and gals, and any help would be gratefully received.
It's proving very difficult to access ANY information regarding this, made in Leeds program. Even the Director's memory appears impaired as to the format of the program/s he worked on with Jimmy.
From Pollard Nick Vaughan Barratt
I think he has his programs the wrong way round. Or has he ?
And then there's Sue's story here's how she describes things
'Worked occasionally transmitted from there' ? Transmitted generally denotes live does it not ? As for the occasional bit, why would anyone work occasionally on a show that was only made FOUR times a year if that ? Doesn't make sense does it ?
And then there's the bit about the young girl who just happens to be 14, being BLIND ! Strewth, how likely is it that Savile made TWO speakeasy programs, one radio, one television involving the blind in the space of 6 years ? It's possible of course, or maybe another woman has got her programs mixed up

Miss Kearn is most certainly referring to the Radio one show Speakeasy recorded in London at the Paris Studio in Regent Street, it's usual venue.
More BBC history lessons to come guys and gals.
