Rosie Waterhouse is one of only TWO mainstream journalist's to have shown some genuine interest in Operation Yewtree, and I raise my hat to both of them. But, reading Rosie's and especially those references to Keir Starmer, took me back to a post I published in December 2013 wherein I postulated a possible motivation behind the authorities rush to judgement on Sir Jimmy. Could it be that Jimmy's death - right slap bang - in the midst of Starmer's - Rochdale mea culpa, was his (and others) chance to make good for their failure to help the Susie's ?

Moreover, would anyone have even known or cared, had it not been for the CARL BEECH REVELATIONS ? I'll use terms because these are the sort of phrases used in reference to Jimmy Savile - STILL ! And not just in the press or on the telly, but in a court of law. Yes really ! Everything bad that has happened to accused innocent people falsely accused of crimes involving sexual abuse, has only happened since Savile was found out, because Savile was, and is - definitely guilty, despite never being charged with one single offence during his whole 84 years !
Ex-DPP Starmer is one of those, quite rightly in the crosshairs of those put through the CPS Beech mangle since 2014. You see, Starmer was head of the Crown Prosecution Service from 2008 until 2013 and this - as a matter of interest, is how much he was getting paid in 2010.

Now, I've nothing against anyone getting paid for a job well done, but it wasn't was it ? Him and his minions failed to listen to the Susie's in Rochdale for THREE YEARS ! Read my blog again - 'Susie' first reported her exploitation in 2008, yet her claims were not taken seriously by the Police or anyone else until 2011. The year Sir Jimmy Savile just happened to die !
The men involved were finally convicted in 2012, yet - for the life of me, I cannot name ONE of them*
Note the small print under that photo - Starmer has ordered a comprehensive restructuring of the CPS response to sex grooming. I can't read the whole of the Times article but I can just make out that the comprehensive restructuring of the CPS will include 'historic cases of ...' . Exactly three weeks to the day that Exposure was broadcast. The die was cast ! We didn't believe any claims of sexual abuse, so now we're going to believe them all ! We're even gonna call them victims instead of complainants, and we'll soup up that Achieving Best Evidence initiative, while all the time, Police resources are being cut to the quick. Not that Starmer is/was completely to blame for the madness that ensued as a result of his clearing the decks etc etc, he wasn't the ONLY person involved in this sea-change in departmental policy. The Police chiefs helped him in his endeavour ! Imagine the pressure they must have been under following Rochdale ? Just look at some of the press headlines from May to October 2012
It took just three months to decide that Jimmy Savile had committed 214 crimes. I always wondered what the hurry was ? I guess if he hadn't been found guilty, Starmer would not have been able to name him and his crimes, as a rationale for what came next ! *From one version of his - time for a National Consensus

Best practice ? I heard many references to so-called best evidence during the Beech trial. His initial filmed interviews were conducted within the parameter's of Achieving Best Evidence policy, heck they were called - The ABE interviews. Carl Beech's credibility was not called into question by either the Met or Wiltshire Police. Indeed he'd probably be in Sweden running a guesthouse, no doubt hosting the family of the boy he spied on, had he not accused the VIP's, and had one of them, not bravely stood up to him - and the Police officer's who tried to ruin his life ! Well done Harvey Proctor !
Before clearing the presumption of innocence, decks and clearing off to a knighthood and a life in safe-seat parliament, Keir Starmer told us that we couldn't afford another 'Savile moment in five or ten years time'. We certainly can't, but not in the way Sir Keir meant it !
Oh, and getting back to Rosie Waterhouse's piece. Isn't it strange how it's Private Eye she writes for ? It's longtime previous editor had never heard any serious rumours about Savile, not one ! And yet, it was next magazine - The Oldie, that broke the Newsnight story, while most other paper's wouldn't touch it.
Thank God for Private Eye is all I can say ! I've blogged about them before too ! They do make me laugh !

I'm here to speak up against an injustice. The Metropolitan Police appended 214 crimes to a dead man, and I say that that was as wrong as the illegal raids of the homes of Harvey Proctor, Lord Bramal, Lord Brittan and Lord Janner by the same. You see, very few people spoke out against Scotland Yard's Operation Yewtree and when they did, they found themselves on Police bail for months or years. Jim Davidson spoke out, he went so far as to defend Sir Jimmy, within days he was arrested ! Why ? Because the Police had been corrupted and remain corrupt as far as certain innocent people are concerned !

No one that I'm aware of, has been arrested for sticking up for someone they know or care about in relation to any police operation since Yewtree officially closed. But then, none of their loved one's got anything like the media treatment Sir Jimmy and other celebrities, including Rolf Harris, got.
Almost EVERY media outlet, EVERYDAY, from October 3rd 2012, presented uncorroborated tales of abuse and serious sexual assaults said to have been perpetrated by Savile. Even before the broadcast of the dreadful Exposure program, a few papers were dipping their toes in to test the water prior to launching their all-out cowardly assault !
Then came the MET Police and their bollocks ! No we're not going to investigate the claims, but we'll give them a place on a graph of two hundred plus crimes !
In the two months meantime, that the Corrupt Savile MET Police took compiling their report from which that graph comes, along came the lawyers ! The no-win-no-fee - vultures and as if page-size advertisements for victims to come forward and claim compensation, wasn't enough - Liz fucking Dux of Slater and Gordon* was given all the - first thing in the morning airtime, she and her company couldn't have wished for in a million years, by ITV, the television channel that produced the now totally debunked Savile expose !

Once something is corrupted, it stays corrupted until those who caused, enable and aided and abetted the corruption are held to account !
I'll leave ex-Police chief and the rest of those ex-police chiefs and officer's, now enjoying the good - early retirement life, to karma. She hasn't let me down yet. I don't want to lose my thread !
You see folks - one of the supposed reasons given for Sir Jimmy's guilt is the sheer number of victims who came forward. Nothing like that happened to the Op Midland folk did it ? As the BBC's Tom Symonds reported at the close of the VIP abuse investigation !

Goodness gracious - the BBC went as far as to investigate the Nick claims for themselves ! Compare this to their behaviour circa November 2012 and their stab in the back - Savile documentary ! sickening isn't it ?

This was in December 2014. No suspects names had been released (although the usual suspects will no doubt have been the talk of the crackpots on social media and elsewhere on the net. Then came the raids on innocent men's homes. Then came the fightback ! But I'll say more about all this next time.
Did Liz Dux appear even ONCE - as a guest, on the sofa show, describing the crimes of ex-Prime Ministers and cabinet Minister's or war heroes ? I think not ! Thank God ! Not that her crowd didn't try it on, for a while with Lord Janner, but I'll come back to that later folks !

For several days now I've been trying to find a good way to put across what I want to say about Carl Beech - his claims and his subsequent trial. I've burrowed into numerous people's tweets, examined first hand court reports and press stories from 2012 onwards. I hope this post does my efforts justice.
Let's start at the beginning. I'll let various people including Justice Goss, explain Carl's journey to hell !
Ignore JG's assumption of Jimmy Savile's guilt for the time being, it's irrelevant to the conclusions I hope you will join me in later. It's just background - the important thing is - Beech first approached the Metropolitan Polce a few weeks after Exposure !

Let's just stop there for a moment. He presumably called the Savile hotline and spoke to either a Police officer (unlikely) or someone from the NSPCC. We don't know what happened next, save he was referred to Wiltshire force. Of course the Met were not interested in examining any claims made involving Savile, save adding them to their database of 'crimes'. Is CB that one 'crime' in Wiltshire ? Nobody asked anyone yet - I can wait !
This graph was compiled some time around January 11th 2012 (from my memory) because it formed part of the report into the investigation that the Met did NOT do into the claims made against the dead Savile ! Let's remind ourselves of their mission statement shall we ?
The NSPCC and NAPAC - make a mental note of those two - their association with Beech did not end with that phone call !

I know it's Mark Watts but his tweets have sometimes been and continue to be useful if - for no other reason than he was sometimes the ONLY person doing so live from the actual trial !
Now, one of the important things to note is that Wiltshire Police's DS Lewis did actually investigate Beech's claims for some months until he concluded that the claims were undetected and closed in April 2013.

So here we are in the back end of 2013. Beech intends to make a Criminal Injuries Compensation Claim (he's apparently been considering this since 2011) while at the same time considering starring in television documentary about Sir Jimmy Savile.

Mr Simone's tweet appears to indicate that Beech's CICA claim was based on Savile's alleged abuse, when it was NOT. It's taken me a while folks but I think I can say with 99.9% accuracy that Jimmy Savile was NOT named on that £22,000 application ! Strangely enough, as I type this I've just discovered that another mainstream journalist who attended the trial, has amended an article he wrote after I challenged him about his references to Savile and Heath etc ! Strewth !!
No folks, it's the smaller press boys who come out on top here with Beech's home-town reporter's seemingly doing a better job than them that actually attended the trial ! WOW !
They appear to know what was in his 'online application' - double wow ! Apologies to any mainstream folk if it is the case that they are the source of this information. I haven't seen this anywhere else but I cannot read everything !!!
And then there's this !!! Could this be an explanation as to why his CICA claim took so long to process ?
